Sport is the first remedy for health. The list of benefits of the practice of sport for young people, adults and seniors, on their health, could not be contained in an essay assignment. This is a reminder for men and women to never give up physical exertion. Sport nowadays is a factor of development because many of its branches are trades that bring a lot to the population as well as to governments. Now, the intellectual, mental and moral dimension of sport in a structuring around education leads us to a philosophy of well-being in the broad sense of the term for the individual and his community.

We have innovative perspectives in this concept of practicing sport and serving sport for our contribution to the positive changes of sports in our societies. Added to this is the philosophy of organizing young boys and girls around this great sports enterprise with enormous and humanitarian benefits. The resulting professions are a social revolution for a better future of our populations.

It is in this sense that the FISSE Foundation is part of this dynamic to supervise young people and contribute to their training in the field of leadership. We will help our learners to express their sporting talents. We will also provide them with professional training to enable them to have a career of their respective choice. We will help them to have a career plan from an early age allowing them to better orient themselves on the different professions of sport. We will organize recruitment days at the national level for the foundation but also for foreign partners allowing an opening to the most renowned countries in this field which adds a significant number of opportunities for success for our young Senegalese and Africans. We also have medium-term objectives to create extensions in certain strategic areas in the country and in the sub-region to better fit into the development of sport at the continental level.

An international recruitment plan will be organized to allow young expatriates or of African origin to learn and express their talent.
