PROGRAMS
The success and expansion of these FISSE Foundation relies heavily on the support of partners, institutions, and individuals who share our vision. Collaboration allows us to provide better resources, expand our reach, and create more opportunities for young people. With continued support, we can strengthen our impact, extend our initiatives across Senegal and the African continent, and contribute to lasting social transformation.
Sports
Our Sports Program focuses on identifying, nurturing, and elevating athletic talent among young boys and girls. Through structured training, mentorship, and organized competitions, we create an environment where young athletes can fully express their potential. We also organize national recruitment days and build partnerships with international institutions, offering opportunities for exposure beyond borders. This program opens pathways for Senegalese and African youth to access high-level platforms and pursue excellence in sport.
Education
Our Education Program in Senegal is centered on Quranic studies and spiritual development, helping young people build a strong moral foundation. Through this program, children are guided to develop a deeper connection with their faith while learning values such as discipline, respect, integrity, and responsibility. By nurturing their spiritual side alongside their personal growth, we aim to shape upstanding citizens who positively contribute to their communities and society as a whole.
Entrepreneurship
Our Entrepreneurship Program is designed to create real economic opportunities by helping individuals build sustainable careers and businesses across multiple sectors. Beyond sport, we support young men in discovering their strengths and guiding them toward practical professions such as mechanics, technical trades, and other income-generating activities. By providing access to resources, training, and mentorship, we empower participants to become self-reliant, contribute to their communities, and strengthen the local economy. The goal is not only employment, but the creation of entrepreneurs who can drive long-term development in Senegal.
